Susan Whitesides Padfield, M. Ed., Is a native of Sarasota, Florida who retired from elementary education after teaching second grade at Ashton Elementary School for 30 years.  During her tenure at Ashton, Susan served as chairperson for the Student Advisory Committee and was team leader for more than a decade.   A TeamUP Volunteer & Partnership member for several years, Susan steps into the role of President for 2020.
