Dr. Delp has been an educator for more than 45 years.  He taught students with serious emotional challenges and was the Director of Exceptional Student Education in Citrus, Brevard and Pinellas Counties before becoming the Executive Director of Pupil Personnel Services in Sarasota County.  He retired as the Associate Superintendent in 2002 and moved to Lake County, Illinois to become the Superintendent of the largest special education collaborative in the state.  He served there for twelve years retiring as the Superintendent of the Year. Today, he is CEO of W&W Educational Services, mentoring superintendents in nine parishes in Louisiana.  He enjoys swimming, biking and – most importantly – playing golf.
